HOW TO ORDER FROM THE VINTAGE LAUNDRY:
° All of the items on The Vintage Laundry® are subject to prior sale. For this
reason we ask that you RESERVE items you wish to purchase by filling in the
form below. Once I have confirmed that the items are available (I update my
website daily to prevent disappointments!) I will send you an email invoice with
payment and shipping options. If you should change your mind about
something during this time, just send me another email and I will take it off
RESERVE. A Reservation does not obligate you to purchase. But once the item
has been confirmed as available and you make payment arrangements, your
payment is due within seven days or the item(s) will be "un"-Reserved.
° Browse through our great collection of Vintage... When you see something
that you just have to have... just click the "How To Order" button from anywhere
on the web site.
° Fill in the order form with all your information and desired payment method.
We accept: VISA, Master Card, Money Order, Checks, and PayPal. (What is
PayPal? Click Here)
° When you submit your order, you will receive an AUTOMATIC confirmation
e-mail from us and the items that you have selected will be put "On Hold."
°°° IMPORTANT °°°
You will also receive a PERSONAL SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAIL from us
with your total - including shipping.
We will calculate your shipping manually based on weight, destination, and
insurance.
A SOLD sign will then be placed as soon as possible on any items ordered.
If you are paying by check or money order, you MUST RESPOND to our
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAIL so we know to hold your new Vintage
goodies!
Purchases paid for by check or money order are held for up to 7 days - until
receipt of payment. Checks must clear before merchandise is sent out.
° If you have any questions or need any help with your order, just email us any

or answer any questions you may have about our collection.

VISIT OUR STUDIO:
° Would you like to stop by our Austin, Texas Studio? To make an appointment
wih us, simply call us at 512.263.5811 or email us
questions@thevintagelaundry.biz with the date, time and items you would like
to see. We need to get our Vintage out of storage, so we need at least 48 hours
notice. See you soon!
SHIPPING:
° We ship our stuff Insured U.S. Priority Mail. The charges are based on weight
and destination. We Will Ship FedEx Overnight or UPS if you need us to... Just
ask! If you want tracking and insurance on your order please let us know.
LAYAWAY POLICY:
° Sure... We do layaway! We require that you place a 50% deposit on the Item, and
that the balance due 30 days after the deposit. Should the transaction not work
out... your deposit will become a store credit with The Vintage Laundry.
RETURNS:
° Don't worry - we gladly accept returns on any item over $50.00 for a store credit.
Items $50.00 and under are not returnable.
° Inform us within 2 days that you want to return the item - and when we get it
back, we will send you a certificate good for the total amount of that item.
° If you don't see anything that you want now... that's OK... the credit is good till
you want to use it!
° Of course, the item needs to be returned to us in the same great condition - make
sure to insure the package on its trip back!
° We apologize - shipping charges are non-refundable.
